All items sold are sealed from the manufacturer, we do not allow any product that could be potentially tampered with to enter our inventory. When you shop with us you are guaranteed to get exactly what you are looking for!
Shipping Timeframes
We strive to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. If there’s a delay, we’ll let you know right away. Once your package ships, you’ll receive tracking information as soon as it’s available to us. Please note that once an order is with the shipping carrier, we can’t control any transit delays. Our shipping is a flat rate, and for all orders outside of Georgia, there is no sales tax.
Shipping Internationally
We no longer ship internationally and will only service customers with U.S.A. shipping addresses.
Carrier
We ship all orders via USPS.
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and shipped. Additionally, products opened during a live stream are not eligible for cancellation after they have been opened.
You can request a return for sealed products within 30 days of your purchase. Once a product has been opened, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
To start your return, email us at support@southtcg.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
There are several ways to earn points through the SouthTCG Fam Loyalty Program:
- Enrolling in the program: You get points just for signing up.
- Making purchases: Every purchase you make earns points upon order completion/shipped.
- Completing tasks: You can also earn free points by completing various “housekeeping” tasks.
- Referring friends: Invite friends to the program. They’ll receive an instant reward, and you’ll get a reward when they make their first purchase. The referral rewards are always changing, so be sure to check back often!
Claiming Rewards
You can claim your loyalty rewards using your redeemable points balance. Simply click on the pop-up giftbox icon at the bottom left. You can also view your current points balance under the “SouthTCG Fam Loyalty Program” section of your account. We will also notify you by email when you are eligible for a new reward.
Our loyalty program is powered by Gratisfaction.
An Energy Break is a fun way to distribute Pokémon TCG cards based on Energy types. Participants select an Energy type, and all cards from a pack that contains that Energy type go to the corresponding participant.
How It Works
Each participant chooses an Energy type.
Available Energy types: Fire, Water, Grass, Lightning, Metal, Dark, Psychic, Fighting.
Packs are opened one at a time.
All cards from a pack go to the participant whose chosen Energy type is present in the pack.
The break continues until all packs are opened and distributed.
Cards are securely packaged and shipped to each participant.
Example
A pack containing a Fire Energy determines that all cards in this pack go to the participant who chose Fire.
- Select the Energy Break product in the shop.
- You are not limited to one Energy type and can purchase multiple spots.
- Submit your order to confirm your Energy Break selection.
- Energy spots remain available until an order is finalized.
By following these steps, an Energy Break can be a fun and engaging way for Pokémon TCG collectors to get specific packs related to their favorite sets!
